Is it safe to use a second hand co sleeper bassinet ? My sister in law have me hers she had and I was just wondering if its safe ?

Clean and nothing broken or sharp or a thing there’s nothing wrong with it! Most my kids stuff is second hand. This stuff is way to expensive brand new when you have 3 kids.
