My son is 15 months and I just realized this spot on his head. 
Thoughts on what it could be? Tips for best way to treat it? TIA

Looks like ring worm   My daughter had it on her head like that. It takes forever to go away. She did 8 weeks of oral anti fungal meds and we used selsem blue shampoo 2-3 times a week. Let it sit on for 5 mins before rinsing.

If u have a black light shine it on his head if it glows it’s fungal! That’s what the dr did for my daughter. Lol
