Help!!

Ok I dont post much but I feel like I need some help so I have irregular periods, so let jump back to a year ago I was on birth control to help regulate them for the most part the BC was helping,but I got of of it in February of 2019 .I had a period January ,February and March then I didnt April ,May ,June .July I had a month long period that went into August, then 2 weeks later I had another one, then I got married in September and Af shower up on the day of my wedding and it stuck around for about 2 weeks ,it stopped October 5 and my husband and I tried for the first time. I didnt have a period for the November I didnt start till Christmas eve and it's still going I probably dont stand a chance this month if it stops anytime soon do I
