opk 2h apart, could there be something wrong with test or is the surge that fast?" /> 
Took an opk when I got home from work @6pm and the entire thing looked kind of faint (both control and test line), took another now @8pm and it was very positive. Could there be something wrong with the tests? I drank a lot of water the hours before the first test and nothing between the first and second.

They are both positive in my opinion. A positive opk = test line as dark or darker than control. In the first test, the line is as dark. In the second it’s darker. And if you drank a lot before the first test, it would make sense that the test line is lighter because the hormones are diluted. So I would say it’s time to BD!

It’s probably a combo of diluted urine on the first test and the fact that LH surges during the day, in most cases. Definitely time to BD!!
