Help me ladies!

Okay so my husband and I are 23 and have two little boys. My Husband just got a good paying job and we’re going to be moving into a house. Well my dad has been staying with us for 3 months because he just got out of prison. He wants to get a place with us and my sisters. The place would be in my husbands name only because my dad is a felon. But my husband doesn’t want to live with everybody because my sister is so rude to him. What do I do? I feel like my sister is gong to get mad if I tell her we don’t want to get a place with her? I told my dad he can stay with us until he gets on his feet. My husband feel obligated to make sure everybody has somewhere to live. Btw my sister is 19
