Is teething at 2 months a thing?

It really seems like my little guy is teething. Hes been a super fussy eater this week and eating less, he's drooling A LOT - and all over the place, he always tries to chew on anything that goes near his mouth(his sleeper, burp cloths, my shoulder) including trying to shove his fist in there, he's also been struggling to nap and hes also overall been extremely cranky and fussy and sometimes will cry for an hour straight. Hes normally a very calm, quiet, easy baby. :(

If so, what do I do? Lol. How can I help ease him? What is there to know about teething?
