Roommate

So my bf and I have a roommate who is a good friend of mine. Basically my roommate is the reason I live here, he needed a roommate and I needed to move. My bf moved in with me and my roommate has shown no issues with it, he in fact benefits because my bf does pay a third rent and does a lot of cleaning.

So my roommate and his bf recently helped themselves to pizza I bought without asking me or anything. He asked for a slice of a different pizza my bf got and took three. Never paid for anything.

Hes repeatedly said and promised hed do this particular set of dishes but never did, claims he did but all I see was undone dishes in the sink that my bf eventually did. My bf and I do dishes, clean the single bathroom in the apartment, mop the floor and vacuum regularly. My roommate vacuumed like twice in 6 months. I've cleaned up after him a couple times cuz I'm fed up.

My roommate does pay for Netflix here but said we can use and not worry about the money.

So how do I handle this?
