So, i already have a one year old and have been trying for another one. 2 days ago i was spotting a little and it stopped the following day. But my period isn't due for 3 days. Could I be pregnant?

Possible! Could have been implantation bleeding I think depending on the timing. Not common to get that but possible I believe.
