First pregnancy worries

What are my miscarriage risks at 9 weeks.... I’m around 20 pounds over weight other than that I’m relatively healthy. I have a couple of genetic mutation that increase my cancer risks significantly. That’s why we decided to start trying. I wanted to have a couple kids, get surgery done and hopefully live a long full life but I was shocked when I got pregnant the first time. I haven’t seen a doctor yet. I call Monday to schedule but I really don’t want to get my hopes up
