Ruptured cyst while pregnant?

I'm 3w2d and I do have cysts on both ovaries. I started having period like cramps 2 days ago with lower back pain but today the cramps have turned into more of a heavy pressure feeling like my uterus was gonna fall out. I was laying on the couch relaxing when out of nowhere I felt a weird pop pain in my left ovary. It only hurt for a second. But I went to the bathroom right after and there was some blood when i wiped, but now the bleeding has stopped. Anyone else experience this? I hope the cyst just popped and the baby is still fine but I'm so nervous now
