Looks like thrush which is basically a yeast infection in your mouth. Definitely get checked because if so you’ll need medication. If it’s not hopefully they can still give you something for it.

I had this before, its thrush. Kind of like a yeast infection I'm your mouth. Sounds gross but it's actually very common. Even men can get it.
