She has the flu 😥

Currently 3 am and my daughter woke me up the last hour just sounding sad and wanting to nurse. Felt her and knew she was running a fever so I took her downstairs to check temp and change diaper. When we got down there she puked literally everywhere 😭 I am currently doing skin to skin and she’s content but now she won’t nurse or take any juice or water or medication for her fever. About to get a luke warm bath going just to get some of this puke smell away and maybe lower her fever a bit. Any suggestions moms? I’m worried about her, I’ll call her ped in the morning but for now I’m just at a loss and want to help her more 😢
