About to start trying for number 2 and nervous about it. Where are you ladies at in your journey?
My story. DH (36) and I (37) met and married late - just 3 years ago. We tried for a year to have our first - and found out we have MFI during the process. It was a stressful year where I got way too obsessive with all things TTC. Now DD is about to turn one and I just started my first period 3 days ago. She's just starting to sleep through the night, so I guess that's why my period is finally returning. We've decided not to use any birth control knowing that I could get pregnant, but I am NOT going to track anything (well other than the dreaded AF of course - no one wants to be surprised there). We aren't telling anyone that we are trying. In fact, yesterday I started telling people we might try again next year (2021). I just don't want any pressure. I hated being pregnant and a colicky infancy period solidly rounded out the year. Our sweet baby girl was and is worth it all, and I want to give her a sibling, but I think I'm a bit apprehensive about another round of failed cycles, miserable pregnancy and rough infancy. Anyone else?
