How will I know of SCH has healed?

At my 7 week ultrasound (3 weeks ago) a small SCH was seen. Baby had a heartbeat and was fine. I was told to expect some spotting and light bleeding but I have had none.

The OB told me no sex until my next appointment (on Wednesday). She said if they can find a healthy heartbeat, then they’ll assume all is well and will likely be safe to have sex. And then I wouldn’t have another ultrasound until the anatomy scan. If no heartbeat, I’ll have an additional ultrasound to check the baby.

I know there’s nothing they can really do to help me but I may request an ultrasound for peace of mind.

Thoughts? Anyone else in a similar situation?
