Losing my virginity

So about a month ago I lost my virginity to the boy I’m talking to (when we had sex we were dating now we just talking it’s complicated) anyways the friends I told got mad and his friends got some big mouths and now the whole grade pretty much know and half of the sophomores know. All of my friends refuse to talk to me and all the boys will give me looks and will make fun of me and idk what to do I feel so alone. Is it my fault? And it’s not like I can talk to my family about it bc my family will beat my ass I just idk what to do anymore🥺💔
