Baby won’t wear shoes

Anyone else have a baby that won’t wear their shoes? I have been trying to get my daughter to wear her shoes for months now and she absolutely hates them. She’s starting to walk independently now, so she really needs to have shoes on when we go out. She just hates wearing them so much, she pulls them off and her socks off and will scream when I put them on. She also hates wearing pants most days. She would love to just wear a diaper everyday all day, but I can’t do that when we go out obviously. She’s lucky we live in Texas because it’s normally hot. Any advice on how to get her to keep things on? Thanks!
