8 weeks and brownish pink spotting

I had to go to er Saturday night and they did a cervical exam blood work and urine they also done a ultra sound to make sure baby was in right place and ok. Everything came out good except I have a UTI Sunday went well I drank lots of water and took anyibiotics as directed and then Monday gets around and I notice brown spotting every time I wiped all day and a couole of drops on my panties. Last night it started turning pink and then stopped I thought this morning I wake up and same ting stringy brown spotting and as day progressed now getting the orangeish pink tint to it. Called the doctore said not to worry unless bright red but is is hard because we are nearing the 9 week mark and that is when we lost our last one.
