Weight loss tips
Hi, I've been on and off dieting for quite a while and I'd really like to try to make the healthy lifestyle change. I'm just needing help with motivation.. My sister goes on fad diets with me but the problem is I weigh 330 pounds and she weighs 140pounds.. So I feel like we aren't even close to the same level. I just want someone who understands the struggle of needing to lose well over 100-150 pounds not just 10 pounds and tone up.. Bless her heart she really tries to understand but she's never been my weight so she doesn't get the emotional and physical issues.
