Moving along...
Alright ladies, it's been a slow four months, but I've just hit the 15lbs mark. 115 more to go before I reach my goal. I've slowly changed my habits over the last four months, not by trying to exclude things, but by adding the good things. Thus, I'm less hungry for the bad and end up eating less of those. For me, it was all about where I was focusing.
Yesterday, I made my final adjustments to 80/20 clean eating. I'm getting five to six servings of fruits and veggies a day and mainly drinking water. I stay motivated by the idea that this body, as it is now, is not a good home for a growing baby...and I want it to be. There's many other wants along with that, but I won't bore you with those. The point is, you can do this. You can do this even when TTC and even through pregnancy. There's nothing in this world that can stop you, but you. So go for it ladies! Don't hold back!
