About a month ago I got my first iud the copper one . Around 3 days after I got a really heavy period which is normal but this month I’ve only been spotting and I’m wondering if that is normal?? Since the copper iud is supposed to make periods heavier🤔

Also had questions about locating my cervix since my doctor left my strings 4cm long but to feel them I have to squat really low and basically push my finger all the way up
