I have a ttc question

My husband and I BD on my ovulation days when I can catch it. We tried every day, every other day, and 3 days before and a day before my ovulation day. But I've been pregnant 2 times in my life. At 2014 and 2017 both miscarriages. But the first was a hospitals fault (should of sued) and the second I didn't know I was and I was moving. But why am I not getting pregnant? My husband has a daughter and 2 in heaven (miscarriage from me and his ex). We time it perfectly but I always get my period. It feels like God is punishing me 😔 I'm an adoptee to a baaaaddddd family so I've never felt what it's like to have one
