Shettles method???

Has anyone tried the Shettles method?? I have am blessed with 3 daughters 12,9,5 and really want to try seeing this be are last baby for a boy. 💙

Ano the odds are 50/50 and I’d be happy with a healthy baby boy or girl but no harm in trying to see if it works.. 💕

my question is.. it says to BD as close to ovulation so once I’ve got my positive on opk would it be 12-24 hours after that?

I’m gonna be checking bbt and using OPKs but not sure when I get a positive how long after, I know each time I’ve been pregnant with my girls (never tracked) we’d always BD like every other day but now I’m wanting to try this it has to be as close to ovulation as possible.
