Breast cancer??

So 4 weeks ago my left breast started immensely swelling and was sore and it dropped lower than the other so I got an ultrasound and they said it came back normal. But it has continued to swell and there’s now two bumps on the top plus it has dropped more I called and the are reviewing the ultrasound again. I’m so scared I’m a freshman in college and I just got into my dream program and I don’t know what to do. I’m hoping it’s just a cyst but I can’t shake the feeling that it could be breast cancer, my family has an extreme history of it. I just don’t know what to do at this point. I just really needed to rant.
