Advise needed in TCC.. ❇️

So I was 5 days late ( usual 26 D cycle but suddenly it was 30 days ) and today I got brown spotting and some brown clots so obviously AF is here.

Needless to say ..the last 5 days was very anxious and I wasted so many tests.

Am I doing it wrong? We BD quite alot during the ovulation week and using pressed.

Moving forward I'm going to test on the ovulation strips a little longer and more often ( maybe 3x a day ) as now Glo has changed my ovulation date due to my late period this month.

Just wondering what else I can do besides praying too? A little loss and hopefully some advise ( even to relax during TCC or late period) would greatly help my poor anxious heart!

TCC over 30s and had a lap surgery for endro stage 4 two years back. Hubby sperm test results came back normal too.
