Vomiting baby

So I originally had my daughter on a generic of the similac pro advance powder formula, which she started throwing up about a day or two of being on it. We switched her to the similac pro total comfort powdered formula and she’s been fine on it for a little over a week now, but late in the day today she vomited and a few hours later in the middle of the night she vomited again. It’s a milk looking vomit that smells like vomit. She’s also been fussy today when it comes to eating, crying for food and then not wanting to eat or eating a little and then spitting out the bottle. She’s just gone to sleep at 3am after being awake since at least 11pm, she vomited and then I fed her and she fell asleep. Does anyone have any idea if it’s the formula or what could be going on? She’s also had similac pro advance and similac pro sensitive in the 2oz liquid formula bottles with no problems. Also she’s peeing and pooping like normal, it’s just the vomiting fussy ness and not sleeping.
