TTC but had argument

Hi all,

My husband and I had intercourse everyday during my ovulation week even though I sprained my ankle. Haven’t been able to walk really. I’ve been generally calm, bored if you will laying in bed all day and night. Last night, he said something that pissed me off so we both argued and ended up with me hysterically crying. Weird but I was also mad that we were fighting especially while TTC. I know it takes 6-12 days to fertilize so the earliest I can take a test is next week. However do you think this impacted our chances of getting pregnant? Any moms can advise? Thanks.
