Dental advice?? Mouth sores?

I don’t know if this would be something I’d go to a dentist for or a medical professional for, but I just want others opinions right now because I can’t afford to go to either, please don’t make fun of my teeth being “unclean” or anything, I just came out of a big depression where I stopped taking care of everything for a while so I’m starting to take care of my teeth again, please don’t make fun of my dry chapped lips either. I’m describing each picture in order, on each side of my tongue close to underneath my tongue but more on the sides it’s like a line of bumps and they feel like taste buds like underneath the tongue but these ones are sore and hurt and then underneath my tongue more close to my teeth it’s like more of them but these ones are swollen, and then there’s one on each side of the upper inside of my cheeks but it seems like those ones are starting to go away. I have no idea what these are can someone please help me with an explanation
