What is safe to put baby in to rest?

Question

FTM and have read articles about doc-a-tot being unsafe to put baby in due to possible suffocation so my question is what is safe to leave baby in while you’re home alone and need your hands free besides the crib or bassinet? Swing? Pack and play? Other ideas?

I would place my son on a mat like this to go to the bathroom or make a coffee etc. Good for tummy time too. Or honestly just on a blanket on the floor 😂. Pack and play or swing are good options too.
