Hey so my boyfriend and I are high school sweet hearts going on 3 years and I’m his first girlfriend ever. He is in the navy and is stationed in Hawaii while I am living in California and most of our relationship have been long distance. We talk on the phone everyday unless he really can’t talk. We recently got in a silly fight and now he says he’s not sure how he feels about us anymore even though we were lovey dovey the day before the fight. We talked a day after of not talking. He says he’s been feeling trapped having to talk to me everyday (which was news to me I didn’t know he felt that way) and that he is torn between being single or staying together. He says “I care about you so much!” but also says “I want to live my life!” I told him I didn’t know that he felt that way and I want to work it out and give him what he wants to have more space on doing thing on our own and not have to talk everyday. But he still feels unsure and asks for a couple of days.

I’m so worried. I care and love him very much. He’s my best friend and I’m scared he’ll still want to leave. I know there is nothing I can really do in this situation but wait. I don’t know what to do, should I really be worried? Ik it’s hard to determine but I guess I’m trying to ask for advice. 💔
