Moving
If you were moving to a new city, would you rent a place for about a year and then buy a home? Or would you buy a home right away? (Would be bought before you get there so potentially unable to see in person beforehand).
I should add that we have lived in this city before lol, it was temporary. Now we are looking to setting roots when we get back.
