Losing financial aid?

I know theres no spesfic answer but I'm asking for a ball park estimate.
I make about 18.000.00 a year. Sounds like a lot to me but after rent its not much.
Online it says a student can earn up to 7.167.00 or something before aid is deducted.
Do you think thatll mean ill lose my aid? What happens if I do? Ill have to pay out of pocket?

You wont lose your loan but they have put a limit on how much a Pell grant will give per semester. Gl

It goes off of EFC expected family contribution, not just your single income. You need to fill out your fafsa to see what efc is.

it only affects your pell grant. you'll still get loans. if you're worried you can look up an efc calculator

you won’t lose your aid, don’t worry. i’m a full time independent student and my husband makes significantly more than that a year and i still get the pell grant and other federal aid.
