My boyfriend and I have been together for one year. He has a daughter from a previous relationship who is now 9 and I don’t have any children. About a month ago we found out I am pregnant. And today he told the mother of his first child. Her initial response was to get rid of the baby and then continued on to ask him how could he do this to her (the mother who he is no longer in a relationship with) and their daughter. The mother doesn’t allow him to take their daughter alone, every visit she has to be there , she still makes advances to him as though she wants to be in a relationship with him even though she knows we’re serious. Advice on what I should do? I’m seriously torn and completely unhappy with this situation. I haven’t met their daughter yet and I am eager to. I would love to develop a relationship with her as well as have her around to bond with her sibling. Help???
