How far along were you when you told parents?

How far along were you guys when you told your parents that you’re pregnant?? I’m not sure if I should tell them now or wait.
Update: thanks everyone for the answers! I live a few hours away from my parents and preferably I would like to tell them in person but didn’t know if I should wait or not.

We announced when I was about 5 weeks

When we get our BFP, we’ll be telling our immediate relatives right away then cousins and friends once we’re about 3.5 months.🙌🏾

I told my mom the day i took the test , when I went to a clinic for another testing they told me I was like 7weeks ..

We waited til after our ultrasound which we got at 9 weeks, just due to the fact that we had announced previous pregnancies right away and then lost them. It’s whatever you feel comfortable with.

I'm telling my step mom immediately. But waiting till about 2 months before telling others

We told everyone right away. Within 6 weeks. My son I was 5 weeks, 3 miscarriages were announced at 4 or 5 weeks. And baby was announced at 4 weeks also.

With my first I didnt find out until I was in the second trimester. But I told them after the doctor visit. With my second I told them right away, but we lost it a month later. And with my third I considered waiting because I lost the other one, but decided I would want their support if we did lose it again so told them right away again.
