High progesterone?

Hi!
I had my first IUI one week ago. Two days before my progesterone was .46. I just had it checked today and it is 32. Google tells me that is high and basically pregnancy level. I can’t test for another week. Anyone has higher progesterone and not get a positive? I used clomid and a trigger shot. Thanks!!

I had mine tested at 5dpo. It was 27.38. My doctor was extremely pleased. They want to see it above 10. I also took a FR test at 8 and 9 dpo (today) and got a faint line. You have promising results, but like others have said, it doesn’t guarantee pregnancy. Just means you ovulated and your progesterone levels are high enough to support pregnancy. (Which is good so you don’t necessarily  have to take extra meds)

Yes. One of my cycles my progesterone level was in the 30s and I still got a negative test result ☹️. It’s important to remember that the progesterone just signals whether your uterine lining will be able to sustain the pregnancy. It doesn’t tell you if you’re pregnant. Yeah mine got up to 70something but I was not pregnant.  It just means you ovulated, which is great! But progesterone levels really can't indicate pregnancy

That doesnt mean you're pregnant. Just that you ovulated. Your progesterone is typically less than 1 before ovulation and then goes over 5 after ovulation. Medications help to bring the level higher. Its high enough to support a pregnancy if there is one, so that's good. But you could be not pregnant. You can't tell from progesterone levels.
