What do you guys think about the name Samson?

My husband wants that name for our son. He said he wants to raise him having long hair like him 😒 (he’s had long thick black hair since I’ve met him 13 years ago) but idk I find that name to fit a pet but never ever heard anyone with that name before I wouldn’t even know what middle name to go with it

Samson is a biblical figure. I only know this because I watched the movie ‘Samson’ lol the person who plays him also has long black hair. 
Watch the movie if you get a chance, it’s good and might make you like the name better. If not just try to compromise on a mutual name.

Yeah... when I was a kid we had a dog named Sampson. It’s a biblical character as well. I personally don’t like it. If you don’t either, don’t settle.
