How can I fix highlighted hair?

So I went to the hair salon. I have black hair and I asked for highlights but she barely did any 😡 she grabbed a lot of hair and just used a very thin amount of hair to highlight it so I have more black than highlights and the highlights are platinum so I want to know how I can fix this on my own? Or can they fix this at the hair salon? Can they grab some of the black hair and add highlights to it?

You should have told her when you weren’t there that you weren’t happy. Go back and speak to the manager or head stylist to have them fix or for you.

My salon has a 7day touch up policy where they won’t charge you to correct anything you are unhappy about 😀 I would speak to your stylist right away and just let her know what changes you would like to make. Going straight to the manager is a little harsh, I would give her the opportunity first.

I would call the stylist and let her know that you aren't happy. My mom is a hairdresser and she would always want to know and do what she could to fix it.

Well as a stylist, I would’ve said something before you left... I ALWAYS spend a good amount of time on the consultation so I have a pretty clear picture of what you’re wanting. I would suggest Calling the stylist and letting her know you wanted more highlights than what she gave you. 😌 I never let my clients leave I’ll ask a thousand times if they are pleased and if not I will try and reach the goal they’re wanting. I do not recommend doing the highlights yourself.
