I’ve had diarrhea twice today, and one regular bowel movement. But I’ve been getting constant cramps since 1:18pm today and it’s literally 10 mins apart. My water has not broken and I haven’t had any bleeding. But my belly is constantly tightening along with the cramps and they are very uncomfortable. I am currently 3cm dilated since 32 weeks due to almost going into preterm labor. My baby’s movements have also decreased.. should I go to the hospital or keep watching and timing these contractions, if they are contractions.
