Considering going vegan...any advice?

I’ve always struggled with my digestive system. I have IBS. I have chronic bloat every single day.

I learned to avoid certain vegetables that are hard for me to digest and avoid sugar, with some exceptions.

I do not eat red meat at all. It kills my stomach. But I notice when I eat other meats and all dairy, I feel like shit. My stomach feels like lead is sitting in there all day and I even wake up the next day with pain. So I’m thinking a plant based diet may be the way to go... except I may still eat fish because I never have a problem after eating it.

If you eat a plant based diet... what do you eat to get enough protein in your diet, other than beans. I absolutely can not eat beans, eggs, spinach, or nuts. All of them do not treat my stomach well.

I know this sounds very restrictive and difficult, but I’m hoping for some advice because I am so tired of feeling like shit everyday.
