I can’t find anything on google anywhere that sounds exactly like what I’m experiencing. I’m 33 weeks now, but starting in my second trimester, if I walk very vigorously or for very far, I get really severe pain and pressure in my vagina. It’s usually followed by tailbone pain that lasts for sometimes days and makes it hard to even walk. Is this something you can do anything about!? With my first pregnancy I walked 3 miles a day. I tried to walk half a mile today, stopped before I was finished and now can’t sleep because of the pain!
