Something similar happened to me. One day before my period or the day of my period. Can’t remember. I woke up and threw up.  The next month ovulation I got pregnant. I was not planning to get pregnant and it changed the course of my studies. It was pms or something like that. I used to throw up all the time in my High School years while on my period.
