How did you know when you’re breastfeeding journey was done?

I’ve been thinking about stopping for about a week now. I just don’t love doing it the way I used to anymore. I feel like my supply dropped a little and no matter what I do I feel like nothings working.

Jordyn is still gaining weight but she wants to stay on my nipple all day. Not sure if it’s from teething. I keep telling myself that it’s just a rough patch and we’ll get through it.

We’re also going on vacation in less than 3 weeks and I struggle nursing in public because Jordyn doesn’t like to be covered and my breast size makes it difficult, so I’ll be pumping when we’re on vacation unless we’re at the hotel.

I’m just nervous to make the wrong decision. I want to continue to breastfeed and I know I’ll miss it if I stop but I feel like things may be easier if I stop?

For those mamas who’s journey ended, how did you know it was time?
