Kick start labor
I know she will come when she wants to but looking for ways make my body more ready. I do stairs daily, currently on my yoga ball boucing, fiance and I will deffinitly be doing it tonight, getting a pedicure tomorrow. What do you think might have sent you into labor? Trying to get this show on the road. Waking up with awful inconsistent cramping every night isnt gonna work for me. Waking up with a baby at night is one thing but waking up in uncomfortable pain is different. Hoping for a membrane sweep at my next appointment in a few days. I can also feel her head drop on my cervix when I open my hips and I get crampy for like 10 minutes after. The braxton hicks have been a constant thing all damn day and really intense. It feels like my uterus is tying itself in a knot and I cant breath and they are one after another.
Please do not suggest castor oil or any other laxative. They arent the safest and Im already constantly between constipation and diarrhea no normal poops.
