A friend has been in labor for 26hours at a clinic. She was 7cm at 22hrs of labor. They’ve just told her that her birth canal is not wide enough & they need to take her to a hospital. This is her second child, can her birth canal change in size or could it be that the baby is bigger? Does this mean she needs to have a C-section? We are feeling so helpless, she must be exhausted.
