Pulsing sensation inside vagina (39weeks)

This probably sounds really weird but I have a pulsing sensation inside my vagina which I have had since my midwife attempted to give me a sweep (couldn’t do it as my cervix was closed). Even though the midwife couldn’t do a sweep, she did do a lot of messing around inside.

Any ideas as to what it could be?
