What are signs of a missed miscarriage ?

I didn’t have any... I didn’t know until I was 8 weeks and my baby never even developed. There was only a yolk sac. I didn’t miscarry until 11 weeks. My body kept making hormones and I was at 46,000 hCG when we discovered it. ☹️

There are no real signs I'm afraid. The reason it's called a missed miscarriage is because your body doesn't know it's miscarried yet. Usually only way to find out is by ultrasound where a heartbeat wouldn't be detected.

There isn't any, that's why it's a missed miscarriage. I still had all my symptoms ...... Including morning sickness, even after I'd be told baby had died 🙄 it's like an extra kick in the teeth

I lost all my symptoms of pregnancy. I didn’t have any more nausea, my breasts weren’t sore anymore, etc, but I was around 11 weeks and I had read that towards the end of the first trimester it can be normal for those symptoms to fade away and this was my first time being pregnant so I didn’t worry or think anything of it. Then a few days later I started to bleed so I went in for a scan and they said there was no heartbeat and the baby had stopped growing when I was 8 weeks. I had also been very VERY stressed during the whole pregnancy... very difficult life situations going on with me, and ever since I’ve blamed that loss on myself. I try not to buy it’s hard. Please if you even have a tiny question if something may be wrong go see your doctor, just to make sure. And I know this is hard, but also try not to stress too much! I’m still learning to do that. Sometimes there just isn’t... with mine I lost all my symptoms for over a week, think it’s was nearly two? Went for my 12 week scan and found out baby had passed 7-8 weeks 😔 I also felt... off? My whole pregnancy.. I was terrified like subconsciously I knew something was wrong? Please don’t hesitate to contact your doctor for a liability scan x

There aren’t any! Sometimes the baby dies and your hcg is dropping but won’t start bleeding for another few days... in my case I started bleeding but a few days before me and my fiancé would go on walks and I would get cramping.
