Remedies for strawberry legs?

So I have strawberry legs and I am very embarrassed about them.Anything I should use??

I had never heard of this before so I googled it. My legs look like this too. What have you tried? I just thought that was how my legs were. Do you have sensitive skin also?

Medically it’s referred to as “keratosis Pilaris” it happens from there being a build up of keratin in your skin. For a while I was taking hair skin and nails, and noticed the spots getting worse, not realizing why until I looked into the ingredients more. 🤦🏼‍♀️ the biotin added to the build up... needless to say, I stopped taking it and eventually my spots got better. 
When I was younger, I went to the doctor for it, and they prescribed me a very overpriced lotion to use, but doing more research, I found almost the same thing, just off brand, in stores. 
The best thing to do at home, is to exfoliate and moisturize. You want to remove the buildup of dead skin. Depending on how “severe” yours is depends on the “route” to go and the moisturizers you should use, as well as how often you should exfoliate.
