Infant car seat that can adjust and grows with the baby?

Anybody have any good recommendations.  I want one I can use for quite some time seeing as most of them are fairly expensive.

If you’re looking for a seat you can use a long time, the Graco 4Ever Extend2fit 4-in-1 might be a good option. To be clear though it is a convertible seat/all-in-one (not an infant seat).

Infant seats have a base that stays in the car and are easily detached to carry in and out of the house (or store, or wherever) with baby still in the seat. Infant seat however do not grow with your child, most infant seats will work for 9-18 months depending on the size of your child.

This all-in-one/convertible seat though is suitable from birth for babies 4lbs and up, and it reclines quite a bit for those younger babies (it just stays installed in the car and you need to take baby out fo the seat each time you leave the vehicle).

It is one of a handful of convertible seats with an extended rear facing limit. Many rear face up to 40lbs/40”, this one rear faces until 50lbs/49” ensuring your can keep your little one rear facing longer which is safer.

After that it can be used as a forward facing 5 point unread seat up to 65lbs, then a high back booster up to 100lbs and finally a backless booster up to 120lbs.

Definitely a seat worth looking into if you want to just buy one seat and have it grow with your child.

After doing so much re search I'm going to go with this one, it has excellent reviews and is very safe (European child safety standards are very strict compared to the US) also, this car seat can be used from 5lbs up to 120lbs in booster mode so it is definitely worth the price in the long run.
