How early can gender be determine through 2d ultrasound??

My husband and family are planning to pay to find out the gender through a 2d ultrasound. The price is $75. Is it worth the money??? Im not even sure how early you can find out! But im dying to knoww

Through blood testing you can find out as early as 10 weeks

You can find out as early as 15 weeks. Some places will suggest later than that but they let me do my last one at 15 weeks, it just wasn't guaranteed we would find out but I wanted to know! It was well worth it for us ;-)

The place I go to privately will tell you at 15 weeks they also offer a free rescan if baby is being shy which is nice.

I'm getting an elective ultrasound at a place at 14 weeks it's also about $70. They said if baby is shy I can come back for free as well.

I found out my first was a boy at 15 weeks. Totally worth the money spent to get lots of extra time seeing him and having the u/s pictures :)

Prenatal imagining starts at 13 weeks if they can't determine gender you come back for another scan for free.
