Fenugreek seeds use
My son is 6 weeks old. My milk secreation is very less which is not sufficient for him. I used to BF him thrice a day for five mins each side. Giving him formula feed to meet his need. Can fenugreek seeds increase milk secreation? If so how to eat it? Should I cook it and eat ?
