Stroller recommendations please

We are expecting our first and live on a dirt road. We will be doing a lot of walking because my in laws live down the road, we walk our dog around the neighborhood every day, and there is a beach that we go to a lot during the summer. Due to the rough terrain, we were thinking of getting the bob rambler. Now I don’t really want to use this stroller for bringing out with us to the store, park, visiting my parents etc. just because I feel like the wheels are bulky and there isn’t too much storage. So I was thinking of buying something like the mocking bird, or evenflo or something else that we can leave in the car.

Does anyone else have two strollers? Is it totally ridiculous to spend the money (we have the jogger on our registry) on top of the car seat and what not? I reeeally wanted the uppababy vista and hubby likes it too but is worried about using it on the dirt roads.
